Our Favorite Things
At J Renee Fine Linens, we have the opportunity to try out all kinds of incredible luxury bedding, towels, fine linens, and table & bath products, here are some of our favorites that we find ourselves reaching for again and again, both in the store and at home. We want to share some of them with you.
Beechwood Sheets: What can we say, Beechwood Sheets are simply incredible. Whether woven from Beechwood Modal like Sferra's Manor, Schlossberg's Lio, Nox or Solid Beechwood, or Tencel Lyocell like SDH's Legna, both make wonderful sheets and bedding, you should really try these. Soft, light, and airy, especially wonderful for hot climates like here in Tucson. They are also stunning as duvet covers and shams too.
Matouk Nocturne sheets: One of our favorite Egyptian cotton sateen's, Matouk Nocturne Sheets are 600 thread count of special goodness. We have tried a lot of sheets out at home (a perq of the trade), and could tell these apart in seconds. Besides, we love Matouk in general...besides making a great product, how many companies do you know of who can embroider sheets and towels in over 1000 colors? Find Matouk Nocture Sheets & Bedding here: Matouk Nocturne.
Sferra's Celeste & Grande Hotel Percale: The cool, crisp hand of a quality percale is right here in Sferra's Celeste and Grande Hotel, in 406 and 200 thread count respectively. Sferra Celeste can be found here: Sferra Celeste
Sferra's 1020 Thread Count Sheets & Bedding: Sferra was the first company to produce a ultra high threadcount sheet, and they are quite incredible. Don't fool yourself into thinking those $200 sets are even remotely comparable...this is truly one of those you get what you pay for situations. Find Sferra's Ultra Luxurious 1020 thread count bedding here: Sferra 1020 Thread Count.
The Purists by SDH: Unbleached, undyed fabrics that coordinate with just about anything plus The Purists bedding has a incredible natural elegance all on their own as well. Find The Purists here: The Purists by SDH.
Alexandre Turpault Sheets & Bedding: This French line has been mastering their art since 1847 and it shows. Alexandre Turpault's 300 thread count Sateen sheets and bedding are so smooth and soft, and the colors so wonderful, that we would love to have a set in every color, and they press out wonderfully. Their Linen and Linen/Cotton blends are wonderful as well. Alexandre Turpault Bedding & Sheets can be found here: Alexandre Turpault
Abyss Super Pile towels: Is there such a thing as a perfect towel? The Abyss Super Pile is as close as we have come..super soft and absorbant, very durable, quick drying, 60 colors and matching bath mats in 5 sizes from their Habidecor line. That about says it all. No, actually Abyss will also do custom color-matching towels, bath rugs, and robes too, so your color choices are even larger than 55. Contact us for details on custom colored towels, robes, and bath mats. Find Abyss Super Pile Towels here: Abyss Super Pile Towels.
Nandina Bamboo and Organic Cotton towels: These are very nice as well, and completely different from the Abyss. Nandina Bamboo towels have more of a silky, cashmere-like softness, but also highly absorbant and thinner than the Abyss Superpile for people who enjoy thinner towels. Nandina Bamboo towels can be found here: Nandina Bamboo & Organic Cotton TowelsMatouk Milagro Towels: These are super soft and fluffy and come in a wide variety of colors. Matouk's Milagro towels are made of Egyptian Cotton in Portugal, and Milagro is a customer favorite. Matouk Milagro Towels can be found here: Matouk Milagro Towels
Match Italian Pewter: All of it. There's just something about exceptionally well-crafted pewter. Find Match Italian Pewter here: Match Italian Pewter.
Ekelund: This is a relatively new line for us, but Ekelund has been weaving products in Sweden since 1692. We really like Ekelund's fabrics in kitchen towels, tablecloths and runners. Highly recommend you try them. Find Ekelund Table Linens here: Ekelund
Leitner Linens & Bedding: This is simply stunning Austrian linen and cotton fabrics for bed, bath, and table. Leitner has been perfecting their art since 1853, and this is truly perfection. If you are looking for something that makes a statement you need to seriously consider this line. Leitner can be found here: Leitner Bedding.
Le Jacquard Francais: We love Le Jacquard Francais's French table linens and kitchen towel line, as do our customers. Bold colors that last in durable cottons and linens for your table and kitchen. You owe it to yourself to at least try the dish towels. Le Jacquard Francais Kitchen Towels can be found here: Le Jacquard Francais
