Store Policies & Terms of SaleThese Policies apply to all orders from J Renee, either via internet, phone or other method.
PAYMENT and SHIPPING POLICY
- We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard and Google Checkout.
- We accept payment online, over the phone, or via check. Checks must clear before any goods are ordered or manufactured for you, please take this delay into account when ordering.
- Items you order often ship directly from the manufacturer. We generally will not be able to provide a tracking number for these shipments.
- We support the environment and recycle and reuse paper, packing material & cardboard.
- All payments are usually charged in full within 24 hours of order, including for special, custom, and made to order items.
- Generally we hold shipments until all items ordered together have arrived. As noted above, we often drop ship packages directly from our suppliers, in which case you may recieve multiple packages. Packages usually arrive within 7-14 business days of order unless a product you order is noted with a longer delivery time, or is on backorder with the manufacturer. We will do our best to notify you of any delays beyond this and provide an estimated delivery time. More information regarding shipping delays below.
- Most packages will usually require a signature for delivery. You may request (in our comments section) that your item be shipped "no signature required", however by doing so this means you are accepting 100% responsibility for the merchandise once it is delivered to your door. Since we often drop ship from suppliers we cannot guarantee they will honor all requests for non-signature.
- If an order is refused or is undeliverable you will be charged a restocking fee, as well as all shipping costs and expenses. There are no refunds given on any items in the exclusion list below in the event of refusal or undeliverable situations.
PRICES and SALES TAX POLICY
- Prices are subject to change. A sales tax rate of 6.1% will be added to all orders shipped to addresses within Arizona.
RETURN, and EXCHANGE POLICY
- We have a 10 day return policy. You may return your purchase within 10 days of delivery for store credit, exchange, or refund. Exclusions to this policy include fabric, furniture, any items marked as discontinued or being discontinued, sale/discounted items, all bed skirts & curtains, personal care products, and all items marked as special, custom, made to order, monogrammed, or non-stocked items as these are ordered just for you. Sales are final on these items. Clothes, Robes & Pajamas can be exchanged one time for alternate sizes only. Due to legal and supplier restrictions we cannot accept returns on sheets, bedding, featherbeds, pillows or comforters that have been removed from original packaging. All sales become final after the 10 day return period has elapsed.
- Authorized returns must be new and unused and in original condition and packaging. Products need to be in a resalable condition and/or able to be returned to the the manufacturer like new. Due to legal and supplier restrictions we cannot accept a return of any
item with any indication that it has been used or handled, with the exception of robes and pajamas that may be tried on for fit. All tags and inserts must be included.
- Items may be subject to a restocking fee: Depending on manufacturer, returnable items may be subject to a restocking fee between 5% and 25%, each manufacturer's rules vary.
- Shipping Delays: Because
each Manufacturer or shipping companies processing and delivery times
vary, delay shall not constitute cause for order termination and in no
event shall product availability or manufacturing delay of any item
constitute cause to terminate any other portion of an order. Timeframes given are estimates only based on experience with that supplier. We do not guarantee delivery times.
- Free Shipping and Free Gift Wrap Promotions: Any items returned that were sent using free shipping offers will be credited to your account minus any delivery, handling, shipping costs and restocking fees. Free Gift Wrap promotion items will be charged what the manufacturers providing the gift wrap charge.
- Special Orders, Custom, Made to Order items will be shipped as soon as they arrive from the manufacturer. In some instances the items may ship directly from the manufacturer.
- To make a return or exchange, contact us within 10 days of receipt of your products to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. All packages being returned or exchanged require an RMA number and must arrive to our store or designated ship to location within 10 days of the receipt of the Return Material Authorization number. Please ship your package to our store address below unless otherwise instructed. No Returns are accepted without authorization - Packages arriving without an RMA will not be processed and will either be refused and sent back at your expense or held for you to arrange shipping at your expense, no credit will be issued. We recommend insuring your product against loss or damage.
We are not responsible for items you return to the manufacturer. On Returns, the full purchase price less the restocking fee (if applicable) will be credited to the form of payment used for the original purchase. We do not refund shipping or gift wrap charges. You are responsible for all shipping fees involved in a return or exchange, including items originally ordered under a free shipping promotion.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us via email within 3 days to report the defect or damage and to recieve instructions. All damage or defects must be reported within 3 days of receipt of order.
- How to Change or Cancel an Order: As
soon as you place your order, we begin the procurement process from the
manufacturer. Once the order is placed, J Renee and its respective
customers each become obligated to purchase the products
ordered. Therefore, J Renee is not generally able to accept
cancellations or changes once a product is ordered. At our discretion we may make exceptions to this policy, in which case a cancellation fee will apply.
Send all returns to the address below (after you recieve an RMA number and unless otherwise instructed): Please make sure your RMA # is clearly visible on the box. Packages that arrive without an assigned RMA numbers are refused and no credit issued.
