Free Ground shipping on all orders over $200, not requiring freight services, to all physical mailing addresses within the continental United States. This offer does not include shipping to PO Boxes. Total of order must exceed $200 before taxes and shipping. Excludes very heavy items such as liquid laundry products, featherbeds, furniture, etc. as well as most sale items. If ordering products such as these as part of a bigger order, we will adjust your charges for shipping to cover just the overweight items. - The following shipping rates apply to the continental U.S.

- Items returned that were sent using free shipping offers will be credited to your account minus any associated delivery, handling, shipping and restocking fees. If the amount returned brings the remainder of the order under $200, shipping fees will be applied to the rest of the order.
- International Shipping: Minimum order for International Shipping is $200 U.S. Due to high variance in costs for international shipping we cannot know prior to shipping the exact cost, therefore a flat rate of $100 is automatically charged to all International orders for shipping, subject to adjustment as follows. We will ship the most cost effective yet trackable method available to us, currently this is via UPS & USPS. If the actual shipping charges are more than 20% different (higher or lower) from this fee, you will either be refunded the difference or an additional charge to your card will be made to cover the difference (Example #1, if actual shipping charges are $65 you will be refunded $35, Example #2, if actual shipping charges are $155, your card will be charged an additional $55. Examples #3, if shipping is $80 to $120 there will be no refund or additional charge). All applicable
duty, customs charges and taxes are not included in the shipping cost
and are the sole responsibility of you, the customer. Due to the daily
fluctuation of import fees, brokerage charges and government taxes,
quotations for such costs must be handled through your local Customs
office. Please note that international shipments will take longer to ship as our suppliers do not drop ship internationally, and we do our international shipping once per week. Please do not ask us to mark the package as a gift or to indicate a lesser value of the contents for customs. Please note that returns on International orders are not accepted.
- Most packages will require a signature for delivery. You may request in writing (in our comments section) that your item be shipped "no signature required", however by doing so this means you are accepting 100% responsibility for the merchandise once it is delivered to your door. Since we often drop ship from suppliers, we cannot guarantee they will honor all requests for non-signature.
FREIGHT SERVICES & OVERSIZED SHIPPING
(RETAIL & WHOLESALE) "Oversized"
items will be charged a shipping fee as they require special handling.
These items will be clearly marked as such in their respective
description. When an order requires the use of freight services,
please understand that the charge assessed only pays for door to door
delivery and does not include in-house delivery or setup.
SHIPPING METHOD (RETAIL & RESELLERS) Unless
otherwise requested or required, we or our suppliers will ship using UPS, FedEx or USPS
ground service. Should you purchase one of our heavy or large
merchandise that cannot be shipped via courier, it may require
alternative methods ie: trucking company, freight etc. Due to the fact that we ofen ship directly from our manufacturers we do not offer express/overnight shipping.
SHIPPING TIME (RETAIL & RESELLERS) Generally,
you will get your products within 7-14 business days depending on where
you are. Sometimes there are factors that are beyond our control,
please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. Many times we do ship directly from our vendors, in which case we will generally not be able to provide a tracking number.
We cannot control the amount of time it will require each manufacturer to produce your order and complete your shipment. Orders can be subject to delay due to unanticipated demand, shortfalls in material availability, and batch scheduling. Some of our manufacturers schedule and produce each order as it is recieved, others produce batches on a scheduled run. They will produce only so many pieces for stock as well as filling special orders.
Because
each Manufacturer or shipping companies processing and delivery times
vary, delay shall not constitute cause for order termination and in no
event shall product availability or manufacturing delay of any item
constitute cause to terminate any other portion of an order.
CUSTOM, SPECIAL ORDER, and MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS Linen collections marked Custom, Made to Order or Special Order will usually take longer as noted in the product description (see below). In the event your order is delayed, we will keep you regularly informed. It is possible that your order may be shipped from more than one location or warehouse. No additional charges will result. Generally, we hold on shipping orders until all items have arrived.
Some of our items may be made-to-order even if not explicitely stated. For example, many bedskirts are made as they are ordered, as are some expensive fabrics or unusual pieces. This is due to many factors, including stocking status at our warehouse, the manufacturer's warehouse, or overseas. Be patient, we will get your product to you as quickly as possible.
Custom Linen Collections: Linen collections marked Custom or Special Order or Made to Order are those from vendors who cut and sew items for you on order, or who do custom embroidery from designs and thread colors you choose. Most vendors do have Custom collections or parts of their collections are custom. Custom linens will usually ship within 6 to 12 weeks, depending on the vendor and the item ordered.
How to Change or Cancel an Order As soon as you place your order, we begin the procurement process from the manufacturer. Once the order is placed, J Renee and its respective customers each become financially obligated to purchase the products ordered. Therefore, we charge all payments within 24 hours, including special, custom, and made to order items, and we are not generally able to accept cancellations. We may, at our discretion, make exceptions to this policy, in which a restocking charge may apply.
